Express 3D is a free program that enables you to view all major 3D CAD and neutral formats. The program allows you to perform measurements and doesn't require any CAD application to be installed on your computer previously. You can also isolate parts to easily navigate visually through assembly files, check bounding box, apply material and calculate volume/weight.
